By accessing and using CloudSpects's quality inspection services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

CloudSpects provides quality inspection services including:

  • Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
  • During Production Inspection (DPI)
  • Factory Audit
  • Container Loading Supervision

3. Service Fees

Service fees are based on our standard pricing of $169 per man-day, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment terms and conditions will be specified in your service agreement.

4. Inspection Reports

Inspection reports are typically delivered within 24 hours of inspection completion. Reports are provided "as is" and reflect the conditions observed at the time of inspection. CloudSpects is not responsible for changes in product quality after the inspection date.

5. Limitation of Liability

CloudSpects's liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our inspection services or reports.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate product and factory information
  • Ensuring access to inspection locations
  • Timely payment of service fees
  • Using inspection reports appropriately

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service type. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy. Please contact us for specific cancellation terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All inspection reports, photographs, and related materials are the property of CloudSpects and are provided to clients for their internal use only. Unauthorized distribution or publication is prohibited.

9. Modifications

CloudSpects reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
