Sample inspection report

A typical CloudSpects report includes photos, checklists, AQL result tables, and a pass/fail or hold recommendation. The link below opens a public sample (when available) or a PDF description.

Inspection standards & sampling

By default we use ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (single sampling by attributes) to translate your AQL levels into a sample size; critical defects can be 0 allowed when agreed in advance.

  • Level II (or as agreed) for general consumer goods
  • Special levels for destructive or expensive tests (smaller n)
  • Defects classified: critical / major / minor

Scope (cosmetics, food, medical) may require different protocols—we quote accordingly.

Frequently asked questions

What product categories can you inspect?

Textiles, electronics, hardlines, toys, packaging, and many industrial parts. If you are unsure, send photos and a spec sheet—we will confirm if we can cover the scope on site.

How fast is the report?

Electronic reports are typically available within 24 hours after the inspection. Complex or multi-line visits may need more writing time—quoted in advance.

Do you offer rush or same-day reporting?

Rush can sometimes be arranged when capacity allows; a surcharge (e.g. +20% or as quoted) may apply. Ask in your RFQ.

Is the inspection independent?

Our inspectors are paid by CloudSpects, not the factory, and findings are reported to you only, unless you authorize sharing.
